Chris Allan

Chris brings over 25 years of facilities, construction and environmental consulting experience to Tannos Development Group, possessing comprehensive training, knowledge, and experience in construction management and consulting; commercial land development; commercial property condition assessments; accessibility engineering; and sustainability.

A registered Professional Engineer for over 15 years, Chris has a great deal of

experience managing diverse teams in all phases of project development as both a project manager and owner's representative. During his career, Chris has cultivated an understanding of site development, building construction administration, specifications, scheduling, and project management issues nationwide. His interaction with real estate investors and corporate clients allows him to help evaluate the physical risks prior to real estate transactions. Chris has proven business and engineering success serving a broad range of clients, across all industries, sectors and property types, providing a high degree of professional service and care to meet the changing needs of his clients. As Director of Field Services, his responsibilities consist of overseeing new construction projects, managing budgets, coordinating with design teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
